How we handle training data.

InstructorPilot is currently in active development. This page is a placeholder summary of the privacy practices we plan to publish at launch.

Account data — name, email, role (IP / SP / Guardian / Admin), and the organizations you belong to. Used to operate the service.

Training data — sorties, grade sheets, self-assessments, and remediation history. Visible to the student, their assigned instructor, organization administrators, and approved guardians. Never sold.

Certificate identifiers — stored as optional private fields visible only to the user.

Export & deletion — account export and deletion requests are available from the in-app Settings page.
